Laura Perrudin and Philippe Katerine

Musician, composer, producer and author Laura Perrudin released her experimental pop album Perspectives & Avatars in 2020, featuring guests Philippe Katherine, Emel Mathlouthi, Becca Stevens, Mélissa Laveaux… To announce a new surprise in the form of a Live Featuring The Ghost Orchestra recorded in Rennes (her hometown) for the re-opening of the new Antipode, Laura Perrudin is thrilling us with the images from Push Me.

In this clip, which she conceived and directed, she exchanges some witty lines with Philippe Katerine, portraying the grotesque and permanent evaluation of our world of performance, which is supposed to introduce transparency and which, incidentally, turns out to be an unequal mechanism. Social rating to excess is an integral part of our society, and without realising it, we are giving in to the prevailing philosophy, conformism, categorisation of content, the race for scores, popularity, and so on. Happy, not happy? Push Me :
